What is Sandman?
Sandman received a November 8 movement pass: boost starts and ends immediately, stamina is 10% lower, and downhill speed was reduced toward horses. A helper answer says horse stats also apply to Sandman. A horse list says Sandman cannot ride. No skill list is published.

How do you get Sandman?
Not stated in the patch notes. Do not infer an Arrow odd.
How do you use Sandman?
Use the horse stat panel when you are on Sandman. The 10% stamina cut is a Sandman change, not a reroll penalty. Finish-line cutscenes for Sandman do not prove a speed advantage.
